If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong>
\nYou have 30 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received it.
\nTo be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Moderate use is understandable.
\nThe item must be in its original packaging, if possible.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/strong>
\nOnce we receive your item, we will inspect it the same day and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you immediately of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original payment system) within 2-5 days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

Payment can be made by choosing your preferred option: by bank transfer, debit or credit card or PayPal.
\nYour purchase is shipped the same day we receive your order, and delivery times will be reflected in your chosen carrier, varying from 24 hours for Spain to 48 hours or 72 hours for international shipments.<\/p>\n
