If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Reasonable handling is understood.
The item must be in its original packaging, where possible.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it the same day and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once the return is approved, we will issue the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 2-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping and Deliveries
The price of shipments is automatically calculated through Packlink, an intermediary company that collaborates with the best courier companies such as: Correos Express, GLS, SEUR, Correos. Paclink strives to find the best market offers for affordable shipping.

Payment can be made by choosing the option you prefer: by bank transfer, with debit or credit card, or with PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay.
Your purchase is shipped the same day we receive your order, and delivery times will be reflected by your chosen carrier, varying between 24 hours for Spain and 48 or 72 hours for international shipments.
