Good afternoon, yesterday I contacted you by telephone to explain what was happening to me with a shipment and you told me to explain it to you by mail, well, on the 24th of July I placed an order for four paintings, ( Iberian wolf, Partridge in heat, Wall and holm oaks and Holm oaks with cranes), I attached a comment which said that I supposed that the pictures (Iberian wolf and Partridge in heat) would be in rectangular format, with the indicated measures, instead of oval as they are shown on the web.
When I received the order, the wolf picture is in oval format instead of rectangular, but not the partridge, which is rectangular. Therefore, as you kindly indicated, I will send the wolf picture by post and I will wait for you to send me the picture in the desired format (rectangular). I will give you the details below:
